If I order today, when will I receive my products?

We receive orders from Tuesday to Sunday. Orders are scheduled to be shipped every Monday or Tuesday, unless it is a holiday.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free personalized delivery to Scarborough, Markham, Thornhill, Vaughan, Aurora, Richmond Hill, East Gwillimbury, Newmarket, Bradford, Innisfil & Barrie

In other areas in the GTA (not listed), we have a 15 DLLs flat fee for the first box.

Outside the GTA and in Ontario, shipping costs depend on the carriers, we can clarify the shipping cost if you contact us. You can pay for the shipping by electronic transfer.

For customers across Canada, we are happy to serve you, please contact us for ordering and for offering accurate shipping rates.

What is the minimum order price?

Our minimum order is 50 CAD. Our variety pack is the smallest we can ship or a box of ten packs of chips (mix and match)

How does the deliveries are made?

Deliveries are personalized in Scarborough, Markham, Thornhill, Vaughan, Aurora, Richmond Hill, East Gwillimbury, Newmarket, Bradford, Innisfil & Barrie

We also ship through Major carries to areas not listed.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship our products across Canada.

When do you deliver?

Our delivery is 2 days maximum after we ship in Ontario. Across Canada depends on the province.

How will my PRODUCTS stay fresh in transit?

The Cactus chips are dehydrated so no impact on delivery freshness. Our pitas are sent frozen in temperature-controlled pouches with recyclable ice packs.

Packages are shipped same day service or one day service depending on your location in Ontario for minimal amount of time in transit.

For other provinces, transit times vary.

What precautions have been taken for COVID-19?

We are following all the rigorous health and cleaning procedures for food manufacturing. We have also implemented the following steps to ensure your safety:

  1. Only necessary people who are needed for manufacturing are allowed in the facility

  2. Our kitchen is fully cleansed before and after every manufacturing event

  3. Contactless Delivery: All of our orders are delivered contactless. Orders are dropped to your doorstep or ready for pick up.

Can I cancel/change my order before delivery?

Once you paid for your order, it is sent to processing and that will take a couple of days. So changing or cancelling will need to be done the same day that you order.

An email to info@healthypricklyconceptsinc.com needs to be sent on same day that the order was placed. The subject title needs to be marked urgent, then the order number. There is no guarantee but we will try our hardest to correct the order. If you did not receive a confirmation email then the order was not cancelled.

How do I use my discount code?

Use your given code at check out. Note that your order should be a minimum of 50 CAD

What is your return policy?

If you received product that you find not fresh, you need to take a picture of the product(s) in question the same day you received them and send it to us via email and we will send you a new one when we receive the photo. Make sure that the issue is fully visible in the pictures.
